Yes. As standard we deliver our Korniche Bifold Doors preassembled for ease of install. However if access is an issue, we cam deliver these in kit form.

Bottom hung bifold doors have the main track and weight distributed across the bottom of the doors. Top hung doors have the main track and weight distributed across the top. Due to this bottom hung door are able to operate more smooth as the weight of the doors is not pulling down from the top of the frame. Bottom hung doors are also easier to install as they do not require as much support above the door when compared to a top hung equivalent.

The beading is an inner trim which holds the panes of glass in place. Traditionally bifold doors use a combination of beading and wedge gaskets to hold the glass in position. This is very time consuming can add hours onto the installation. The Spead-Bead is prefit with the rubber gasket and clips into position in a matter of seconds. This patented of bead is a firm favourite for DIY and trade installers alike.

The threshold simple means the lower part of the frame which has the bifold door track within. The cill is a component that sits under the threshold and projects outwards to divert water away from the brickwork underneath, helping to prevent damp. Our integrated 150mm cill threshold combines both components in a low profile giving you the benefits of a cill, but also a low threshold, creating a lower bottom track and better aesthetics.

Bifold Door Measuring Guide
The width and height of your the bifold door you need to order, is the structural opening size minus a fitting tolerances.
We recommend you allow a 10 - 15mm fitting tolerance between manufacturing sizes and the smallest width and height dimension (please see images).
Use a large spirit level and measure the cross corners of the aperture to ensure the opening is square and true.
Take three width and three height measurements and minus 10 - 15mm from the smallest measurement measured on each dimension to determine the actual required manufacturing size of your door.
E.g, Strutural opening 3015 x 2115mm, recommended size to order 3000 x 2100mm.
Please note that when ordering your bifold doors the overall dimensions includes all components e.g. cills and add ons.
